• BlueBird's "Computerized Accounting Software Package", introduced in 1985, led to BlueBird offering to the Business and Personal Traveler an efficient way to track their taxi usage on a monthly basis, with monthly billings, showing the date of travel, pick up point, destination, and amount of the trip. In 1990 when GST was introduced, the billing also was adjusted to reflect the amount of GST on each trip.

• BlueBird again led the market in 1991, with the first "Computerized Taxi Dispatch" on Vancouver Island, offering prompt, efficient and quiet service.

• BlueBird requires all of our operators to complete special "Driver Training Modules", so as to ensure that our high standards set are understood.

• BlueBird also requires all management, employees and operators to complete a "Sensitivity Training" workshop.

• BlueBird offers smaller taxi companies, and their customers, the benefits of Computerized Dispatch without large set up costs, by offering "Computerized Dispatch" services to the operators.
